We are a private medical service from Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Our areas of operation, however, are spread across the whole of Germany.

In companies such as BMW Stadt in Munich, Porsche or the Porr Group, medix-ems is firmly integrated and bears the responsibility on site for first aid. The company is likewise responsible for the medical service on various large construction sites throughout Germany.

In addition, 16 highly qualified and trained employees work for medix-ems – including three emergency doctors – often also at larger events such as the Oktoberfest, various concerts or festivals.

medix-ems is on hand not only at concerts by Die Toten Hosen or Helene Fischer; high-ranking politicians also enjoy the support of medix-ems. At the last Munich Security Conference, the company escorted the convoy of the members of the German Bundestag.

medix-ems also has assignments abroad: this year, for example, the team is working at a car test track in Finland. A particular feature is certainly the repatriation from abroad and patient transports that medix-ems can carry out. With a state-of-the-art vehicle that enables optimal transport, patients are also collected from abroad and cared for on the way. Because the team has the necessary DIVI qualification for intensive-care transports, even complicated situations can be mastered. The focus is not only on the patients but also on the employees, who can do good work thanks to the best equipment.

It is important to the managing director that all employees are satisfied, which is why he pays above-average salaries, which also makes the employees’ work easier. Since the team are the first on site in an emergency, all employees should be motivated and clear-headed. After all, this is work on and with people.
